I. Kiến thức cần nhớ về giới từ
Giới từ là một trong 9 từ loại tiếng Anh, là những từ như in, on, at,…, thường đứng trước danh từ, cụm danh từ hoặc đại từ nhằm liên hệ danh từ, đại từ này với các thành phần khác trong câu.
Phân loại một số giới từ chính:
- Giới từ chỉ thời gian
- Giới từ chỉ nơi chốn, vị trí
- Giới từ chỉ hướng, chuyển động
- Giới từ chỉ nguyên nhân
- Giới từ chỉ mục đích, chức năng
- Giới từ chỉ tác nhân hoặc phương tiện
